What each site includes
Production workshops
Milk reconstitution, heat treatment and packaging.
Laboratories
Microbiological and physico-chemical analysis of the milk.
Utilities
Boilers, water treatment stations, compressors, generators, inverters and a refrigeration plant.
Finished goods warehouses
A storage capacity of close to 3 million litres. The Béjaïa warehouse also serves as a dispatch platform for deliveries to distributors across the country.
Raw material warehouses
Receiving all inputs: milk powder, ingredients, packaging and chemicals.
General administration
General and site management, human resources, marketing and sales, supply chain, purchasing, finance and accounting, research and development, information systems.
Tchin Agro
Created in 2017 with a capital of 1,500,000,000 DA, the Tchin Agro subsidiary is responsible for developing raw milk production and collection. It operates two farms: 60 hectares in the Bordj Bou Arreridj wilaya and 1,800 hectares in M'sila.
